Because I was hoping this would be the first time - but Cooley showed up and I knew it was a scam - I thought Cooley could drive it up to $0.25+ but he lost all credibility being involved with Justin Costello and his weed scams.

Then the question became why wouldn't Sanchez merge a real company GQG with AVVH - instead of using a empty shell he just created.
