Yes, he absolutely has done this many times before and tried to keep it quiet by failing to file it for something like 2 yrs. Of course he was allowed to get away with that, as well as so much else. I think the past total was more than this time.
P2…I believe the only shares Emil exchanged for warrants were the shares he was granted through the anti-dilution clause he entered into when he bought the company. I don’t recall off the top of my head what the exact amount was but feel it’s in the 600M range.
