Tilman Fertitta didn't use a hijacked shell to take his company public!

Fertitta used a SPAC from a guy that I know - and there were institutional investors involved and invested over $1 Billion.

Plus, Fertitta's companies were generating Billions in revenue.

So this isn't anything like AVVH being hijacked and Sanchez creating another new empty shell void of revenue to go public - it is an obvious share selling scheme.
