Pretty simple ..

If interim CEO just puts out a standard press release that Titan achieved milestone 4, will be receiving the - $10 mil payment minus the loan repayment with no other explanation, thanks MDT and says Titan looks forward achieving milestones outlined at November meeting toward eventual IDE submission, FDA Clearance and commercialization of Enos he is going to find out how fast this can get to single digit PPS.

Without some type of extension of current agreement with MDT, with or without equity stake, buyout (which is not going to happen) it means they are on their own, no CEO, needs enormous amounts of cash and guarantees massive dilution for longs.
