I agree charltuna, just the same way they fumbled the ball on the FFGO .0034 dividend which was conditional upon avoiding regulatory action (SEC Revocation) which they invited by ignoring the Wells Notices they received for failure to ever file SEC required reports.
In addition to repeated failures to file timely periodic reports, Respondents have failed to heed delinquency letters sent to them by the Division of Corporation Finance requesting compliance with their periodic filing obligations or, through a failure to maintain a valid address on file with the Commission as required by rule, did not receive such letters.
Has nothing to do with the SEC, this is not an SEC registrant. It is an OTC Markets quoted security, OTC Markets issues their made up tiers based upon if disclosures are provided or not and in between.
