O Yes the Law of "unforeseen circumstances" as in lots of not yet seen business developments in the PCTL News Pipeline, but we know they are coming!! Anticipation of that was evident in todays trading and the new traders showing up for the ride!!

PCTL has closed higher for 8 straight trading days on rising interest in the awesome New Business Developments. Thanks to current Management it looks like a break out to me is well under way.
