#10114 RE: allnumbers #10112

BETWEEN the 3 motors, under the output shaft was the Torvec solution. I understand how you might have missed it, it's not very big. THAT is what NASA is paying for. Something they couldn't find anywhere else.

I think Keith mentioned they were cutting metal on the IVT redesign. THAT was on a table at LAST year's meeting. They have the new, revised, CV joint. Don't know why they didn't bring it. Maybe the meeting was as long as they could go. As it was it lasted as long as others WITH less question time.

What else, the Iso-Torque? Nissan has a couple, did you really have to see one to know they are making the appropriately sized splash with the right people? I assume the FTV is fueled and ready to pull Hummers out of snowdrifts, or Jeeps out of mud. Which leaves ICE. Maybe non-disclosure, who knows why? I DON'T think Nissan asked for it's windshield back. Maybe that professor is doing something to make it affordable and practical. Like his other companies. I mean he must have experience bringing products to market, if he thinks he could do better with auto execs.

Maybe I'm misreading your post, but I don't get the saying you have faith in the inventors, but not the inventions part. They are sending the NASA unit to Houston TOMORROW. The IVT has been tested to EPA standards new and old. The Iso-Torque has worked so well they want MORE. What's the beef> EOM
