You forgot to mention the Philippines, China, and the cruise ships.

Last year when the price hit .15 I sold off my initial investment and took a little profit. Than left a bunch of shares to see what happens. I still think there is some hope.

Has anybody heard if Cantor actually has there product in a casino now, and if they do how it’s working for them?

Stockprowler’s report was entertaining but how creditable is their report? Stockprowler has been on a hiatus for 2 years, why have they come back to issue a profile on Ubroadcast? The report’s disclaimer might have the answer. In the disclaimer Stockprowler stated “we usually take a position in a stock before we profile a company”. With a position in the stock, guess what kind of opinion is issued? Would Stockprowler issue a negative report that would cause their investment to lose value?

Stockprowler’s report had the following quote - The San Diego Business Journal ran a story about uBroadcast with a headline stating that the market for uBroadcast programs could be "Larger than MySpace and YouTube." Why is this three year old article still being quoted that compares Ubroadcast to Youtube? Why not compare the two today instead of quoting an article from three years ago with a “could be” quote. Ubroadcast's market “could be” larger than YouTube, just like Jay Leno “could be” our next president, anything "could be". How does Ubroadcat compare to YouTube?

YouTube was started in 2005 and Ubroadcast was started in 2006.

YouTube had over 97,000,000 unique viewers in January 2010 per Compete, and Ubroadcast had less than 4,000.

YouTube is estimated to have generated over $200,000,000 in revenues last year and Ubroadcast only generated $320 in broadcasting revenues during the first three quarters of 2009!

After only 18 months in business, Youtube was sold for 1.65 billion dollars. After 3 years in business, Ubroadcast
was only able to generate $320 during 9 month period.

Is there any comparison between the two?

Now for the good news, now is a good time to sell, not buy, as all price increases have always been followed by a sharp price decrease. See UBCI Stock To see where this company is headed, check out the 1yr, 3yr and 5yr charts at the above link.

Don’t forget the SEC warning –

The "Pump And Dump" Scam

It's common to see messages posted online that urge readers to buy a stock quickly or tell you to sell before the price goes down. Often the writers will claim to have "inside" information about an impending development or to use an "infallible" combination of economic and stock market data to pick stocks. In reality, they may be insiders or paid promoters who stand to gain by selling their shares after the stock price is pumped up by gullible investors. Once these fraudsters sell their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls and investors lose their money. Fraudsters frequently use this ploy with small, thinly-traded companies because it's easier to manipulate a stock when there's little or no information available about the company.
