Yes, but the stock would have been trading at $1 if this merger was finalized in mid November instead of last week.

It will likely fall as easily as it has risen.
But, OTC stocks can sometimes do amazing things.
Time will tell.

I will admit I am wrong if this moves past $0.60.
I just don’t see it with bitcoin acting so weak.
