It looks to me like the noteholder is either A: liquidated his shares already or B: liquidated most of them & is long Honestly the stock is performing quite well. Noteholder has had over two full months to sell shares. That's a good amount of time, unfortunately we need volume more than anything and as you can see, it hasn't been there.
