I like the separation of good and bad dilution.

Good dilution move the company forward. Sell shares to advance ongoing operations. Selling shares is how a company finances it's expenses.

Bad dilution line the pockets of those in charge of dilution, sell shares, pocket the funds, makes shares worthless, no product, no company, no value remains.
