From your posts I think you have insight into O&G operations.

My research tells me that the big operators will initiate a well, take the easy to recover product, then move on, leaving extended recovery to the smaller operators. The smaller operators then apply measures to take over and squeeze out the last recoverable drops. Am I on the right track?

If I'm correct and the current administration is clamping down on new well operations, doesn't that make the EOR more important than previously needed?

And finally if my dots connect, wouldn't the most effective regimen for EOR be the smartest path for the "take over" operators? i.e. Hydrolyte, Catholyte free, and nano-bubbles. Assuming test results indicate same.
