OTCIQ Access matters because that is how they update the Profile on otcmarkets.com and that is the second requirement for Pink Limited:

1. SEC annual report within 16 months
2. Profile updated on otcmarkets.com

If I'm wrong about OTCIQ Access being needed, and there is another way to update that Profile... then what in the world is Acropolis' excuse for not getting that Profile updated? That is the missing link -- the Form 10 satisfies Requirement #1
