Seems like something percolating? Seriously? Based on what? Certainly not price or volume, and not anything from the company as management continues the 4 plus years of silence that have left investors with nothing but worthless shares.
No gag orders, no done deals, no dividends. Most of all, no integrity or execution of fiduciary duties required by management of a publicly owned company. Can't believe anyone is still trying to promote this stinker.
