The filing called for the issuance of 1,000,000,000 free trading common shares at an offering price of $ 0.0005 per share, for a gross capital raise of
$500,000. The offering was reviewed and qualified by the SEC as of August 5,2021. However, no subscriptions or stock issuances have occurred under
this offering at the date of this filing
