All new pages are without your original bg color, because they are new and probably do not follow your individual changes from your profile.

I'm holding out this is just a testing phase and at some point it will encompass your profile as well.

And up to this new page I would extend to the right and it would show me a fairly accurate image of what my post may look like. Was handy for 'tabs' and columns.

They enlarged the stuff to the left and right of the message field and removed the ticker button on the left. Was 9 buttons of editing helpers.
