I agree that a detailed update to shareholders would be a good move at this time. With all the talk on this board, you would think the company is a big fat scam with nothing going for it when nothing could be further from the truth. Times have been tough for most businesses due to Covid related factors, and that has certainly has stung VYST in a big way. There is nothing the company has done that is blatantly wrong or illegal that I can see. While the last 10Q wasn't terrific, there were some encouraging factors, like the 9-month increase in revenue by about $10 million compared to the prior year, etc.

I truly believe a turnaround is in our future and that management is smart enough to do what needs to be done. The current market cap for VYST is crazy-low.

In it to win it!

“Hostel take over” seriously LMFAO!!!! Why would anyone want to take over this dumpster fire? There is no value here IMO! The products and tech are years upon years old and have gone nowhere. The products have Zero market share. There are many other companies that make the same items for much less cost.
There is Zero reason to think anyone would want to take this over at all. It’s not like the company is making money. The only part of VYST making any money at all is Rotmans and their revs have fallen year after year. Yes there is a boost in the last quarter over last year but there is a reason for that. Last year dam near the entire country was on lockdown LOL so of course this year is a bit better than last BUT the financials still suck and there is no money being made. Let’s also not forget that all the PPP loans were counted as revenue as well which also helps the numbers look better than they are
