Actually I suspect they will bring it back up in next years session. Governments wnts tax rev. and the current method of doing business in this industry is holding back the ability of gov to get tax from the sale. Once that bill passes more states will make it legal. jmo

But in the mean time this stock is poised for a pull back begining with the next major market drop which could begingat DOW 36007 or 36319 jmo
