Probably because you are dead nuts on. They have relinquished the fate of this company to a third party and can sit and blame the OTC and say it is out of their hands. Meanwhile, they issue a press release that says the deals are still on but of course there's that forward looking disclaimer that completely excuses them when the deals fall through if they ever existed at all and all of it blamed on the OTC.
If I am wrong, there wouldn't be no less that 8 dead tickers created and killed by these three scam artists.
