Like I said in the past my big issue is that Greg doesn’t have to file a form 4 and is not considered an insider which is a joke.
He just through emails and texts and tweets he has posted show he has inside knowledge. I know being the CEO’s son doesn’t make you an insider but to me the things he has said does.

JMO, not only the courts, but the SEC would clearly see him as an insider.
