I've been doing business acquisitions and private placements in the investment industry for over 30-years, I'm afraid I know where this company is headed.
In my opinion after digging into and watching this company for nearly two years, you have a company that has acquired outdated technology and is greatly underfunded, to put it mildly. Just look at their filings.
Now throw in a pandemic that shut down their store last year, resulting in a downsizing, didn't help their cash flow problems.
How many times have we seen companies bleeding where management believes they can right the sinking ship by misleading investors? Happens to the best of them!
Steve is likely who you say he is, he has too many years in the business to be anything other than an honest, stand-up gentleman. If he in fact is a CEO in name only and given the mistakes, I've seen Greg perform with the failed funding lawsuit, then it becomes clear who is running the company.
Good luck longs, in my opinion, this company is going to need more than a white knight.
