Did we ever find out what the deal is with the notification of late filing? I.e. they never ended up submitting the filing.

What would be considered average by OTC standards, though? I've looked through information that dates back to May or June, and what I've seen were many CEs dropping between 20 and 60 days with very few dropping under 20 days.
