Why would the military provide a license now after a failed trial? They are not in the biotech business... Any approval would require more trials with many more subjects. IPIx is history..... Unless Leo can find a buyer in the 10 to 20 cent range there's no value left.

Watch and see what happens in 2022. There will be a billion shares out there before Ehrlich authorizes the reverse split.

Unfortunately and I truly hope I am wrong, I do not see how Leo ends up not substantially diluting longtime shareholders.
