Brewski - Knock yourself out if you desire. A patent license generally can not be sold or transferred to another entity without the approval of the patent owner (NEOM)

You missed the relevance, which is related to JP's post - The fight is on for the patent space which NEOM owns, as well as the invalid patents NTP claims to own.
