They said in the Nov financials release that convertibles were froze unless they were lying.

I don't agree... And I don't kno how u could of missed those , they have been on the last 2 Q's

Look at those dates. And look when the volume surged . Late June. Those were sold off in the June /July volume, imo

Except for the restricted 1 mil shares for M. Pakula on 9/30 ( which is why the OS went up 1 mil a whole back) who now owns 11+ mil shares as an insider. Around 15 percent stake...and as I'm sure you also know, changes the rules on how much he can sell off and how fast since he's over 10 percent stake.

OS unchanged for months.

BUT I applaud anyone trying to get cheapies. They will be worth much more in '22
