This is better for us as shareholders. This is a big IF, but let’s say Eric sold some of those shares to get some cash, we now have a chance at what would’ve been restricted shares. I think we all know he won’t sell. The shareholders now may be able to get a piece of that pie. That’s 20M shares that could’ve been restricted. Again, I doubt Eric will sell those until the price picks up a bit and we can grab those when he does, but I don’t see him letting those shares go. This is good news for us

how long were they restricted for? did the time period of restriction end?
