HCMC is the biggest diluted scam out there with 340 billion Oustanding shares and headed to 750 billion. The longer you hold this garbage the more diluted it will be.
It was at 66.6 billion on late 2018 and you're dreaming if you think they will buy back a single share.
show me an OTC stock as diluted as this crap....you can't.
