They’ve told too many public lies while selling shares in to it to file anything Imo. I don’t think they could answer the tough questions depositions would bring. I think Greg wasn’t expecting anyone to fight back against the possible fraudulent actions they have undertaken. People that scam others have this mindset. Jmo
