JPEX chart~~~ Looks like a technical low or at least a good dip area. Second time in a week near piercing lower BB and the CMF(20) is showing life above zero. The .043/.010 Fib retracement is 65% at .015 and the PPS keeps loitering around that .015's fishing hole just where PSAR marks the spot.
