Oh yes, PDIV Is getting ready to enact what both GNCP & PDIV publicly stated. PDIV picking up around 45% of the enlarged outstanding Voting shares of GNCP Common Stock plus dealing with the capitalization of the $3.8 million odd owed by GNCP to PDIV. Strengthens the GNCP Balance Sheet by removing a material long term liability.
