So the FDA rejects the BTD or the BLA and you call them corrupt?? Sorry, they are doing what the laws directs them to do. If the data does not indicate risk/benefit of a drug then the BTD or BLA approval don't happen it's that simple. BP has no control over the FDA. I worked in one, and we had a lot of frustration getting thing approved, we had no special influence, we just had better expertise and knowing how to run trials to get approvals and how to prepare application to make it easier to get approved. That's it, that's all.

Yeah, the heat drawn by Cydy from the FDA is a big conspiracy and has nothing to do with incompetence of management and direct sabotage of FDA submissions. If there is a conspiracy, which I don’t believe, the incompetence of Nader gives FDA complete cover for dusting anything Cydy submits.
