The case is WELL ALONG ITS WAY PROGRESSING - showing that process of service has occurred and all have returned service and are "on the docket as defendants" but do not show council retained yet.

BUT - per this order by the judge, ole Roger had till Oct 26th, 2021 to amend his formal complaint to show cause why NY is the proper venue given that OPTI-CON is a WY corp and the defendants are shit-ton of micro LLC's scattered all over the place, etc.

I need to find out if Pawson successfully amended the complaint and/or if the judge has ruled on said issue yet ? This POS "case" may be done before Roger Doger even got out of the gate yet ?
THIS ain't gonna be covered under some corporate D&D insurance policy IMO - so WTF is Roger the dodger going to be blowing in legal fees on this clown show which ALL comes from shareholder dilution at this non-profit money pit of course ????

NOT a good sign - TWO major litigation issues now underway and the other names OPTI-CON and Pawson as defendants and specifically is charging "SECURITIES FRAUD" as one of their causes of action per MA law.
