After receiving an Advertising degree from Southern Methodist University, she started her career with Dallas Child, a local children’s publication. After leading the company in sales, she was recruited away to Modern Luxury.
Upon explosive growth, she was tasked to help build two new magazines for them, Interiors and Dallas Bride. She was instrumental in driving revenues for both publications.
