The problem is the statements RC has been making in the past year or so are only half truths.
He says record breaking year but he doesn't mention that they spent way more than that at the same time they keep the company afloat. It would take a lot of great news to turn this thing around.

Work the numbers. They cant sustain operating costs and new staff without further dilution.

They still lose money.
