You bet. Various three letter acronym Government agencies (SEC, DoJ etc) will be looking at the pre-PR share trading with great interest.

If you are referring to the trading on Nov.5, the (SEC, DoJ etc)will have a quick glance and then move on.
Nov. 5th is the day Pfizer announced results of their covid pill...the entire sector, with the exception of Pfizer, was red....Moderna at one point was down over 27%....good luck trying to claim a pre-PR leak when it resembles panic selling.
