So, you really believe that Mica told the losing bidder the “truth,” and then turned around and lied to 2 federal judges, all of the creditors and their lawyers, and the public? Seriously? You know that losing bidder is describing lies Mica told him, right?

So when LCY’s lawyer said they are not paying anything else that was what just a lie or was it part of the cover story until the class action case ends?
So is the class action all that’s holding up this secret transaction?
What will be the excuse as to why nothing changes once the class action ends?
