What do you think about the timing of the latest 8k? I was expecting that after the August 19th 8k(completion of the merger), but not after becoming delinquent. That’s my only problem with change in auditor, timing.

There won't be any filings. If M & K quit, then it's got to be really bad. Or... The SEC is poking around. Or... Both.

MSSV supposedly just did this "big" acquisition, yet two years later STILL no real verifiable anything about it. This thing reeks of SCAM... And... After lying David Christensen took 10.5 million from a toxic lender.

I provided the medallion and clear indication of our intent but if I have to do it again guess that is the way it will have to be. I am more frustrated than complaining. I wrote the entire amount off years ago but retained every single share in my account.
