That is 100% complete BS!!! All payments in this or any bankruptcy or liquidation of a public company are and always will be announced to the public. Payments are never protected or hidden by an NDA. That is not how it works in the real world. All payments are in view of the public. NDA’s cover sensitive info that is not needed to be shown publicly but they do not hide payments to creditors or anyone else.
All payments were shown in the liquidation of BIOAQ just like any other liquidation and that payment was $4.34 mil from LCYB.
Like I have said and will say now the class action will close and absolutely nothing will change for former BioAmber shareholders. Former BioAmber shareholders lost their investment the day the liquidation was approved for good.
I can’t wait for the next excuse as to why good things never come!!

What? You cannot hide a deal in a public company with an NDA. The restructuring is over and all the players in it are gone.
