I read the guidelines as 4 days as well. However, I was informed on another pink that I play with that they only report once a month and yet they still maintain a pink current status. It seems that assuming the worst case scenario with how these tickers operate is the safest policy. Ethema (GRST) even delayed a tweet about conversions September 30th.
