The outstanding share count is a lagging indicator and by the time we see the update much of the new shares will be converted. They are on pace for another quarter of 500 million plus new shares. So if retail accounts for much of the selling that is good news? I doubt anyone in the retail sphere could be shorting this but money managers could be of course. Think they would sell short if they didn't see a significant profit through a price collapse?
