Not sure if they're registered or not, but the last month's of price action tells me the are not. The fact that Discover is our "Institutional investor" is scary as shit seeing what they do every day here. I can honesty say this, I'll be one happy somebitch when I can selling this stock! Regardless of what they do or potentially become I myself will stay far clear from this company!
