If Wang is doing this in order to take Cenntro public without an IPO, then what is to stop him from buying up the rest of NAKD stocks after the merger takes place. They would already own approxximately 49,000,000 of the Reverse Split stock total, and would only have to buyback 21,000,000. This would once again give him full control and eliminate current management of NAKD... Just a Thought!!!!
