Your sensible and courteous response is appreciated. Following this stock almost daily for over 9 years, almost solely through this hub, will sometimes stir emotions for those heavily invested. I have very positive feelings for where this is all heading. If several defendants are teaming up for a possible buy, the total cost involved, along with their shareholder concerns should adjust nicely for vplm. Happy holidays to you and yours.

Keep one thing in mind on patent infringement cases…the infringement claims are primarily for the occurrences in the PAST. The timeframe could go back to the filing/issuance date of the patent. So regardless of the years left on the patents, the awards may be heavily weighted on previous years proven infringement. There can also be some potential gain for licensing to cover patent years remaining or a buyout/settlement deal to encompass everything. Hard to speculate or know which way the cases will go with limited info from the companies involved.
