This isn't bullshit at all. When two federal courts disagree, we have forced a review of both decisions. The Florida decision was anything but rock solid as you profess. This is Federal Law 101. I am very optimistic regarding the impact of a conflicting decision in California. I have been told by a retired Federal judge that this is a very interesting situation that could go either way.

UNLESS A PLAINTIFF IS WILLING TO PONY-UP THE CASH TO "TRY" AND FILE A SCOTUS CASE - there ain't gonna be any bullshit "review" of anything done at the 11th circuit.

USRM-a-CON is BUSTED CASH BROKE and owes their prior law firms money and is in DEFAULT on numerous MEGA DEBTS they owe and are being sued as we speak for same - in several FL district courts - thems the facts :)
