They dont do anything, its an empty shell.. but they were able to get it approved for trading, so most likely there are going to sell the shell for a RM of some type. There is nothing on the Nevada Sec of State for them, there are a couple of filings on the OTC most recent was an 8-K filed on Nov 22 2021.
