Totally agree and all excellent questions Stef. Not to mention, if VPLM were a “scam” wouldn’t that point have been raised continually by at least 1 defendant in their arguments against VPLM’s? Oh wait, none of the defendants ever questioned the viability of VPLM as a legitimate business…they tried that crap with the patents and got a beat down.
Also, don’t forget all the money the defendants wasted trying to bring down VPLM at the PTAB…which was also an epic failure! Can you say 12-0!
I also like our chances in Waco. Only time will reveal how the cases end. Until then, GLTA!
