This is not a stinky pinkie. Not a quick flip. The companies you are referring to, traders want to get in and out for a quick buck. That is why this is not attractive to the flippers. This is a hold for years to come at this point. 2022 will be interesting. Just getting started. This price is ridiculous but the volume will not signal many charters. I will keep buying until there is a reason not to.
