The company could stop a lot of the negativity by engaging shareholders in an honest discussion of the company. Being lied to repeatedly has a way of cheesing people off…

Where’s the share buyback that was promised?

Rx3000 was in full unlimited production in July ‘21 per Gregory rotman. Where are those units? Not a single one has ever been seen or put up for sale.

Is the spin-off still happening or not?

What is son and daughter doing for the company to earn 22k/mo plus shares? No show jobs are a nono….

Why have their been no vytex products produced when gloves and other products were promised as entering production years ago. Where are they?

They should be able to answer all of these questions and more for shareholders if they are above board. Jmo

By the way I repeat! I am NOT Greg Rotman. I am not associated with the Rotman family in any way. My involvement with Vystar is limited to owning the Many$ Millions$ of VYST shares that I accumulated over a 3-year period. They were bought only by me after doing the customary DD that I always do. It's called free will investing and taking full responsibility for my decision to invest in Vystar. I do not hope, pray or wish that the company will fail. I have a substantial position. Do we want more? Of course we do. We will get more IMO and the penny SP will be gone! At a penny I am comfortable and believe that there will be plenty of opportunity in the future holding Vystar shares.

I don’t believe anyone doubts that "a person" who apparently dedicates the majority of their time to the cottage industry of spreading propaganda related to a penny stock owns a bunch of shares.

I know my motivation in posting is to warn others about what I feel is a security that is harmful to own. At least in a financial sense.

I would feel much better being quiet if I didn’t see relentless lies being pushed about this stock every single day. Multiple times every day, with no backing. Making statements when they have "absolutely no association" with the Rotmans all while dropping cryptic insider sounding information on a popular message board.

Apparently a bunch of other shareholders feel the exact same way since we have had our accounts pillaged by a nepotistic crew of incompetent Vikings

Being a shareholder who is diwn over 60% I do not want to take a 60% loss and walk away so I can feel justified for being upset with the company’s performance. I will sell off if and when I can break even. I want the company to succeed. The management has been silent and has allowed the shareprice to crash all while the lids are getting aid monthly regardless. It makes common sense that the consultant is most lkely tanking the shareprice with nonstop stream of cheap shares with no proof of any progress. I am upset with the performance and all the rah rah daily praising them with false predictions of big money soon rings hollow. Until they can produce results they should not be praises for doing seemingly nothing.
