Well, yes, I agree with all that. The issue is we know they intend to dilute for some time (considering the increase in AS), and that has the effect of making each outstanding share worth less.
But at some point, a RS would bring things under control. To get to the $1 or higher share price levels (and maintain that price) I suspect they would need to have an AS not higher than 100M shares.
There are companies that have much higher AS / OS numbers than 100M, and maintain dollar levels, but those are multi-national household names, so they bring in new investors easily.
