A little over a month later Stellantis and OWP announce a developmental partnership.
Now confirmation that OWP has been chosen to develop and produce hemp biomass for the production of bioplastics to use in their vehicles.
I don't think getting the quota for non-psychoactive hemp biomass will be an issue at all. The only issue I see is how to scale up to what will be needed to fully supply Stellaris.
Possible that Stellantis could get involved in funding the needed expansion since it would ultimately be in their own best interest.
The market may not see it quite yet but I would say that the $1 high of this year will be easily overtaken in 2022, likely early as quotas coming the first of the year and the facility is set for completion no later than February which OWP has said will immediately begin production upon completion.
